A lightbulb has a certain form , its force is electricity, its function is to provide light.

You and I are certain forms , our force is life force (chi, ond,prana, etc), and our function is:

The primary function of every human is to become god-like. To raise his/her level of consciousness.

Well there are males and females to begin with.

To get a better understanding of what your energy form is study astrology.

Male Aquarians

Each one of these is a certain specific energy form.

Find out what astrological form you are and you will have a better idea of what your individual function is all about.

This is a good starting point to self-knowledge.

Runes are forms. Each runic form has a function. Each runic form has the power of the Universal Creative Energies behind it.

Specific runic shapes trigger specific energies out of the Quantum Ocean.

RUNE YOGA

When you position your body or your hands in the shape of a rune you trigger off a force inside of the Quantum Ocean.

By positioning yourself in a runic shape you conduct energy out of the Quantum Ocean into your aura

This is very similar to the Tai Chi or the Marital Arts positions. You have seen Bruce Lee take a marital art position in the movies. Lee took the position and the power he generated was awesome.

You do not need ceremonial practices to do Rune Yoga

Best you do it all alone in a quiet clean environment of your choice. Ideally is to stand naked in front of an open window (air). This way not even the vibrations of your clothes will interfer or mix with the energy coming out of the Quantum Ocean.

Group practice can prove to be unhealthy

Just as runic shapes trigger off energy from the Quantum Ocean, shapes of other people in a group give off energy.

Do you really know what kind of energy these people are emitting? Do you want it in your aura?

This is why true magic and true ceremonies are better done alone.

This way it is only you, the runes and the Quantum Ocean.
