FA -- Today I strengthen my initiative.

FA -- I know the songs that no wise one knows

And none of the children of men

The first song is Help. Help it will

Against anguish, sorrows, and all distress!

FA -- Today I am beginning a new life. Today I am beginning to help myself and others with the powers of the Runes.

FA -- Today the purifying fires of FA burn away my old ego that has suffered failure and defeats for too long a time. No longer need I be at the mercy of blind fate!

FA -- Today I am born anew. Out of its ashes the phoenix of my new ego arises. Now I am ready, willing, and worthy, to master my life and my destiny.

FA -- Rune of the beginning! You mark the beginning of my new path to mastery of the unlimited powers of the Runes.

FA -- Today I open the gates to the workshop of creation. Today I open the gates to the deep levels from which I can shape and reshape fate. No longer do I tolerate failure, suffering, illness, loneliness, hostility, and other miseries as a way of life. Today, like the phoenix, I elevate myself from the ashes of my old ego to fly to the loftiest heights; to heights of which my old ego did not even dare to dream.

FA -- I am born again from the ashes of my old ego and I know that my psychic powers increase with every day. I know that my understanding of the Runes grows and that the powers of the Runes will cause the changes of destiny that I truly desire. This is so because I am willing, ready, and worthy to accept the Rune wisdom from the realms of creation. Now I am ready to make this wisdom my way of life.

FA -- Today I am aware that I am not alone in my striving. I am accepted in the Great, Time-less Brotherhood of Rune Masters whose spiritual vibrations are channeled to me.

FA -- Today I know that the Order of the Knights of Runes will assist me in all my endeavors, be they intellectual, spiritual, emotional, or material.

FA -- I know that I am at the beginning of a journey that will lead me into the mysterious realms of the Rues. Step by step will I become used to the powers of each Rune. I will learn to use the creative forces of the Runes wisely. I am going to be a worthy member of the Order. Soon I am going to be a Rune Master. Soon I am going to be master of my destiny. Soon I am going to be master of destiny.

FA -- he purifying fires of FA cleanse me so that I can stride my path to mastership of Runes unencumbered by my old restrictions and self imposed limitations.

FA -- FA means help! It is help that leads me away from old wounds, sorrow, and misery, into a happy new life.

FA -- I am at the beginning of my understanding of the language of the Runes. This is a language that is not words. This is a language that reaches to levels much deeper than words. I will learn to act creatively upon my universe from these levels.

FA -- As a member of the Order of the Knights of Runes I make a solemn oath that I am going to guard the Runic secrets like precious stones. Never will I allow that these secrets are divulged to persons who are not ready to accept these precious mysteries.

FA --At this beginning of my Rune practice I make a solemn oath that from now on out nothing will retard my new life's growth. I will practice Runes at a regular basis. I understand that the murmuring of their songs will increase my understanding of the Runes. This murmuring, or runeing, will channel the Rune powers into me. When Runeing I will not focus on words nor on the meanings of the words that I am murmuring, because there is no need that I intellectually understand the meaning of these words at that time of murmuring. When murmuring I am focusing on the deeper content and meaning of the song. This meaning is beyond the words that carry it. I know that my Runeing opens me up to the realms of creation-eternal. As a result I will be capable to harness the Rune powers with ease.

FA -- Rune of All-father! Rune of the Father-God of the worlds! Rune of the ever present creator of the universe! Rune of the One Who Time-Lessly Creates at the Roots!

FA -- une of the beginning that opens the gate to the realms of creation wherefrom I can change my own fate and the fate of others.

FA -- I am beginning to create my worlds and my universe.

FA -- Rune of creation in spirit!

FA -- With every day my understanding of the hidden meanings of the Runes increases. FA teaches me that I am the creative potential of my universe. FA teaches me that I am the spark that sets creation in motion. FA teaches me that I am the one who forges my fate.

FA -- I experience the sacred and purifying fires of the roots of creation.

FA -- Today I begin a new life.
