You can use these associations while you are performing your runic yoga exercise, your runic meditation exercise or any time you study your rune symbols. Remember your mind is a very powerful tool and whatever you look at or whatever you think about, your mind will make the connection. When you look or meditate on a rune symbol your mind makes the connection with that rune symbol in the Quantum Ocean. It is in the Quantum Ocean where the healing energies of the runes exist. When you look at your runes, for healing purposes think about that connection in the Quantum Ocean and actually see the healing energies pouring out of the Quantum Ocean and into the area of your body you want to heal.
